Matcha Banana Bread

Upgrade the classic banana bread with a twist of matcha. This Matcha Banana Bread is a perfect harmony of moist banana goodness with a subtle earthy undertone of matcha, making it an irresistible treat.


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, matcha powder, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the Matcha Banana Bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
